Custom items are not eligible for return.
Due to customer error, there are no returns on items with misspelled names, etc.
Exchanges are available on items due to company error but MUST BE REPORTED within 72 hrs (3) days after receiving the shipment.
Shipping Policy
*Shipping times can range from 3-5 days to 7-10 days after the order is processed, depending on the items and order size.
NOTE: Due to carrier delays, orders can come sooner or later than expected than the estimated delivery date.
Processing Policy

There is a $30 fee for rush orders needed within 24-48 hours. (This is on a case-by-case basis)
