Shipping Policy

What You Need to Know

All orders are shipped as soon as they are completed. If an order is placed after 3 pm, once it is processed and completed, it will be shipped out the following day after completion. (hence 3 - 5 shipping days).

Processing order time can take 24 to 72 hours based on the size and specifications of the order

Some small, predesigned, non-custom orders (if ordered by noon, can be shipped the same day).

*This only applies to plain-colored shirts and shirts sizes large and under.

Custom orders are shipped after the final approval from the customer and may take longer to complete.

(estimated 14 - 21 days, but it can be much sooner)

While we know that getting your order as fast as possible is ideal, we do not ship during inclement weather as we are located in a state where things like this happen. In those incidents, the customers will be informed of the options available.

Returns and Refunds

What You Need to Know

We cannot accept returns on custom items as we cannot restock or resell custom items. In addition, there will be no refunds on items with misspelling issues due to the customers' mistakes. We do allow and provide proofreading examples before any order goes into production for inspection and customer approval.

If you have any issues with your order within three days (72 hrs) of delivery, a refund or replacement can be provided

(not to include custom designs).

Outside of the 3-day window, only a replacement will be provided.

Rush Orders

What You Need to Know

While we know things happen we also know that rush orders, or requests can happen as well.

For orders that need to be completed before the normal processing and productions timeframe, a rush order will be applied and must be paid prior to the start of the request.

The time frame to complete a rush order DOES NOT include shipping time.

*Rush Order fees start at $25 and this is a case by case basis as well as it only include basic colors and sizes.

Your privacy is of the highest importance to us, so when you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we only collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, address, and email addresses stored for purchase and marketing purposes only.
