Shipping Policy
Items and packages are mailed out weekly unless on days in which there is inclement weather. If there is a rush request for shipping, it would need to be advised in advance and an expense of the customer. NOTE: There may be some cases where expedited shipping is not available.
Return Policy
Due to items being custom created, they are not eligible for returns.
I will gladly assist with recreating your order if there are any issues on my part.
If there is an issue caused by misspelling etc., on the part of the customer, then the item would require a new purchase.
